Are guards going to bother me if I’m using the Riverview Recreational Amenities properly?

Under normal circumstances, no. They may ask you or someone in your party for some proof of residency if they’re not familiar with you but we do not expect them to routinely be asking individuals for identification. If they observe some other aspect of the policy being violated then we have asked them to intervene unless it is strictly a police matter, in which case they will contact the police.
