The 2020 Assessment for Ellington Woods, Palmetto Hall, Cypress Pointe and the Gates (LDW) is $420.00, for both Heritages it is $430.00 and inside the gate it is $1,620.00. The Semi-Annual Assessment is $210.00 for LDW, $215.00 for Heritage(s) and $810.00 for properties inside the gate, and these are billed in January and July. There is a working capital contribution (transfer fee) which occurs when a home changes ownership – It is 1/6th of the annual dues for the property.
