What communication channels Dunes West does use to inform residents?
Dunes West uses multiple communication methods share information with owners and residents, including:
- Official documents (CC&R’s, ARB standards, etc.) define critical rights and responsibilities within the Dunes West community. These documents, along with Board agendas and minutes and other helpful community information, are available on the POA Website.
- Assessment billings, documentation for the annual meeting, and delinquency actions will be physically mailed to property owners to the mailing address of record.
- Periodic emails (“eBlasts”) inform residents of timely announcements—road work, traffic impacts, upcoming events, and more.
- The monthly “President to Resident” (Pres2Res) email shares select board, committee, and community updates via email.
- The quarterly newsletter is sent via email and available on the website.
To ensure receipt of important information, owners and residents should periodically check their email, phone, and physical mailing addresses of record to ensure these are correct and current.
Social media is a supplementary channel for communication only, and may be used to augment the primary channels listed above.
