All exterior changes requires a Dunes West Building Permit prior to construction or prior to start of all work. The Architectural Review Board requires that the proper application, form, checklist and review fee be submitted for all proposed work, other than new homes, by 12:00pm on the Tuesday prior to the Thursday meeting. All new home submittals (final new home, clearing, landscaping, etc.) must be submitted 5 business days prior to the Thursday meeting. The ARB meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month*.
For every request the Permit Application must be completed as well as the form and checklist that is most applicable to the work you are looking to complete.

Please keep in mind that the residents of Dunes West who use and reserve the pavilion are assumed to abide by the following rules and regulations in order to keep our pavilion safe and clean for our residents to use.
