ARB CHANGE ORDER

All exterior changes requires a Dunes West Building Permit prior to construction or prior to start of all work. The Architectural Review Board requires that the proper application, form, checklist and review fee be submitted for all proposed work, other than new homes, by 12:00pm on the Tuesday prior to the Thursday meeting. All new home submittals (final new home, clearing, landscaping, etc.) must be submitted 5 business days prior to the Thursday meeting. The ARB meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month*.

For every request the Permit Application must be completed as well as the form and checklist that is most applicable to the work you are looking to complete.

All review fee(s) and compliance deposit(s) must be paid separately; checks are to be made payable to Dunes West ARB. If you have any questions as to what application or applicable review fee(s), please contact Victoria Watson on vwatson@sw-community.com or 843-654-1543.
