DUNES WEST ASSOCIATION

PROPERTY OWNERS RIVERVIEW PAVILION RULES AND USAGE GUIDELINES

We are fortunate that Dunes West offers a beautiful, family friendly pavilion exclusively for our residents. Please keep in mind that the residents of Dunes West who use and reserve the pavilion are assumed to abide by the following rules and regulations in order to keep our pavilion safe and clean for our residents to use. If you should have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact your POA office directly.

PAVILION GENERAL RULES

  1. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance by calling the POA office during normal business hours. Only property owners will be able to reserve the pavilion. *No reservations will be accepted during major holidays*
  2. Owners may reserve the pavilion between the hours of 10 am – 7 pm in 3 hour increments only. This includes set-up and clean-up time.
  3. Property owners who reserve the pavilion MUST BE PRESENT during the entire reservation period and assume responsibility for compliance with these rules.
  4. Property owners are responsible for clean-up of the reserved space. If the space is found not in compliance and not in acceptable condition, the property owner will be billed for a commercial cleaning. *It is recommended to take a time stamped photo before your event and after your event*
  5. Garbage cans are for community use only. Owners must supply their own garbage bags for their event and take all garbage home for disposal.
  6. Be courteous of your neighbors during your event with noise levels and music levels.
  7. Parking –  Attendees to your event may park in the parking lot and on the street near the venue. Ensure that parked vehicles do not block driveways or sidewalks.
  8. Events are limited to 50 persons.

 

PAVILION PLAYGROUND GENERAL RULES

  1. Use the playground equipment at your own risk.
  2. Playground hours from Sunrise to Sunset.
  3. Young residents under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. Be courteous of your neighbors and be aware of your noise level while using the playground.
  5. No one over the age of 18 is permitted to use the equipment.
  6. Improper use of equipment is prohibited.
  7. No glass or bottles in play area.

*Please help keep the Pavilion and Playground safe and clean for all residents’ enjoyment.
